What happens next?You can contact me by text, telephone or email to arrange an initial appointment. This is called an assessment appointment and will look at your circumstances and for us both to find out about each other.
What can I talk about?
You can talk about anything which is on your mind, however large or small and you don't have to talk about the past if you don't want to. Sometimes our childhood experiences can have an impact on our emotions and these will be explored sensitively and within safe boundaries.
How often would I need to be seen?
Appointments can be weekly or fortnightly, depending on your circumstances. They will be open ended and will be at your own pace. They are normally up to one hour a session.
How will I know if counselling is right for me?
I will help you explore your problems and look at ways to overcome the behaviours and triggers in your life which are making you unhappy.
